Split Port (Riva)

Pickup from the central Split waterfront — ideal if you're staying inside Diocletian's Palace or anywhere walking distance from the Riva.

Where Split Port boarding is

Our Split Port boarding point is at Berth nr. 5 on the Riva promenade — the main waterfront walk that fronts Diocletian's Palace. It's about 200 meters east of the ferry port and 300 meters from the bell tower of Saint Domnius cathedral.

How to get there

If you're staying in central Split, you're probably already a 5–15 minute walk away. If your accommodation is outside the old town, the easiest options are:

Walking from anywhere inside the historic core (5–10 min)
Taxi/Uber/Bolt — drop-off allowed at the western end of the Riva (€4–8 from most central hotels)
Promet Split city buses — most lines stop at the central station 3 minutes from the Riva

A note on parking

Parking in central Split is the single biggest pain point for visitors arriving by car. The Riva has no free spots; underground garages charge €3–5 per hour and most fill by 09:00 in summer. Street parking inside the historic core is reserved for residents.

If you're driving, we strongly recommend boarding from Stobreč Harbor instead — it has free + affordable paid parking (€10/day), is only 10 km away, and saves you both the parking cost and the city-center traffic.

What to expect on arrival

The Riva is busy in summer. Look for our boat moored at Berth 5, with the gold flag on the bow. Our crew will meet you at the dock from 09:30 for the 09:45 departure (the boat departs from Stobreč at 09:00 and reaches the Riva 35–45 minutes later).

Public restrooms are available along the Riva (small fee)
Cafés and bakeries for coffee/snacks are everywhere
The Diocletian's Palace is a 2-minute walk if you arrive early
