1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Blue Lagoon Croatia website (blue-lagoon-croatia.com) and the booking of boat tour services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
  • Children under 3 years of age travel free of charge.
  • Food and drinks are available for purchase on board and are not included in the tour price unless specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • If we cancel the tour due to weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Weather and Safety

The safety of our guests and crew is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel, modify the route, or shorten a tour at any time due to weather conditions, sea state, or other safety concerns. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Late arrivals will not be accommodated and no refund will be provided.
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused boarding without refund.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

7. Liability

Blue Lagoon Croatia carries appropriate insurance for passenger transport. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries resulting from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions. Guests participate in water activities (swimming, snorkeling) at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Blue Lagoon Croatia and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Split, Croatia.
